1.How can I get information after I pay for the merchandize?

We will E-mail the tracking # of the express to you after shipped  the cargoes. Normally it will be 1-2 days after receipt of payment.

2.When and how can I check on my order status?
You can look at the status on the express company's website within 2 days.

 3.How do I contact you if I have a question or a problem arises?

4.Do you sell to Teams & organizations in bulk prices?

5.How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order. Some items are shipped earlier. Please note that business days do not include holidays, such as Saturday and Sunday.
